In so many fields of business, the secret to success is simply having a deep understanding of the so-called target group. People, that is. And highlighting that understanding might the best thing you can do in your marketing.

Essential Community Management are a case in point. Part of projects from the master-planning stage, they supply body corporate services to landmarks like the Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building. A nice thing to mention to establish authority. But it’s really just a natural result of their core intellectual property. Which is people skills.
