Changing mindsets

“Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.” So goes the old saying. But you might as well say, “reality is in the eye of the beholder”. Change the way people look at something, and the meaning it holds to them changes fundamentally. What they’re looking at goes from being one thing to becoming something quite different. It’s all in the mind (much like share prices).

In the brochure I wrote for Spin Imaging, the first priority was changing the way real estate owners think about their buildings. Second was showing how Spin Imaging, at a minimal cost, can change the way prospect investors and tenants think about the buildings (Spin design decals for everything from spaceships to skyscrapers).

Let’s just say that first impressions count. Sometimes all the way from a 20% to a 98% occupancy rate.
